Important Announcement

We have come to the decision to end our lease for the 50 N Queen Street location at the end of 2024 but will remain open and active throughout the holiday season. Let me explain how and why we came to this decision. Please read on.

This is the first brick and mortar we’ve ever owned. And through all the ups and downs we’ve come to realize that the idea of the shop had evolved into something more. Unfortunately, the physical space we occupy doesn’t accommodate for those changes. On top of all that, the needs of my family have been weighting on me. And I felt a pull to step back and reassess my next steps for our business and family. This was a difficult decision to make but it felt like the right one with everything considered.

The good news is: this isn’t the end of the Creative Cove. There are things happening behind the scene and as we start to solidify those plans we will shares those ideas over the next year. I also do not plan on going away as a voice or as an artist. I will continue to interact and be apart of this beautiful community.

We will be open the entire month of December with our last day being Tuesday 12/31. So, make sure to continue to support and shop small. Our vendors will appreciate all the support this holiday season. And if you are interested in any piece now is the time!

At the end of the day this decision wasn’t made lightly and I took all the factors in before making this decision. I really do love this shop, I love the people I get to interact with and I love the community of creatives that have found us, but the part of me that wants to grow my business is also pulling me into a different version of it. I know that I am blessed every day for this shop to be part of my life, for you all to be part of my life and to have been able to have this opportunity and experience. And I do want to thank everyone for being a part of this adventure. This shop wouldn’t have existed without you all! I will always be here for everyone and will continue to support this community in any way that I can moving forward.
